THE FORD COLLEGE GRADUATE PROGRAM

The Ford College Graduate Program or FCG program supports the company's goals to attract and develop talented college graduates. FCG programs are customized and tailored by many Ford functions, with emphasis placed on meaningful and challenging rotational assignments. Mentoring and performance evaluation are also important elements of the program. Programs offered throughout the company range from two to five years in duration. Prerequisites are stringent, but the rewards are worth it!
Candidates must be a recent graduate of a bachelor's or master's program, usually within the last two to five years; in the upper third of their graduating class; have appropriate degree levels and majors for positions being recruited by Ford; along with less than five years of relevant work experience.

As a FCG participant you will almost immediately be given work assignments that will test your abilities and potential. It's a program that offers all of the resources needed to help develop a well-rounded business perspective while providing opportunity for advancement. Company paid orientation and training programs focus on creating customer-driven culture among all our employees. And, meetings of all FCG's within a particular function are also held to discuss operating methods and issues. 

Upon conclusion of the program, you will be placed in an appropriate assignment based on your interests, ability and company needs.
